We’re hiring! Communication & Public Engagement Coordinator

Spur is a growing Vancouver agency specializing in strategic communication and meaningful public engagement. We partner closely with public and non-profit sector clients, guiding conversations that help communities and organizations tackle complex challenges and move toward shared goals. Our team is thoughtful, driven, and committed to making an impact. We’re looking for someone who shares that passion to join us.

What’s it like to work at Spur?

We drive progress for our clients. We’re proud to play a role in shaping the world we want to live in, which is why we work on projects that advance a thriving community. As engagement practitioners and analysts, we help people feel heard and help our clients make sense of what they’re hearing. That means we don’t just gather feedback—we translate it into insights that reveal patterns, surface priorities, and bring the bigger picture into focus.

Sometimes we work on contentious projects, public policies or initiatives. We’re trusted to guide tough conversations toward positive solutions. We’re skilled at creating space for honest, inclusive dialogue—even when the topics are complex or tensions are high.
Finally, we go the extra mile. We’re more than consultants doing a job: we also see ourselves as caring confidants and thought partners to our clients. We genuinely care about seeing the results of our shared efforts come to life, which means we’re just as invested as our clients are in making a real difference.
